it's usually a little cooler here in the city but there are definitely periods of low breeze and high heat. drink a lot of water!

oh, yes. i don't remember ever feeling quite so hot in my life.
i remember warm days spent in the sun, but cooler in the evening, sometimes enough to pull on a sweater.

i remember it being a lovely, peaceful place — a bit idyllic, perhaps.
sometimes i can't help shake the feeling that i'm letting people down by being here, though. like i've forgotten responsibilities i'd promised to uphold.
